Ramsay, Dwayne Peter Charles - 42, of Truro passed away unexpectedly on December 24, 2013. Born in Truro, Nova Scotia on June 27, 1971 he was the loving son of Sharon Denton Robertson (John) and Jim (Pat) Ramsay. He is survived by his son, Brent Ramsay “Daddy’s Boy”; brother, Jamie (Linda); sister, Melanie (Mike) Keith; half-sister, Tiffany (Craig) Gulliver; nieces and nephews, Morgan, Hannah, Grace, Faith, Luke, Sophie and Jack; many aunts and uncles; special friend, Patti Purvis. Dwayne was predeceased by his great grandparents, Edward and Emma Currie; grandparents, Maxwell and Dorothy Ramsay; Blanche Burton, special uncle, Brent Burton. Dwayne was employed at Cavanaugh’s Food Market for several years as a meat cutter, employed at Community Residential Centre as a counselor and recently worked at APM Auto Parts. Arrangements have been entrusted to Mattatall~Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro where visitation will take place 6-9 pm on Sunday, December 29, 2013 and Funeral to be held 2 pm Monday, December 30, 2013.
