Born in Enmore on April 15, 1948, cherished son of Sadie (Wright) Walfield of Ellerslie and the late Layton Walfield. Dear father of Shawn (Helena), Poplar Grove; Crystal, Poplar Grove. Loving grandfather of Bloyce Wayne and Ivey-Winn. Brother of Donnie (Linda), Borden-Carleton; Juanita (Fred) DesRoches, Ellerslie; Myles (Judy), Ellerslie; Billy (Mae), Ellerslie; Linda (Wade) Pike, Summerside; Wade (Penny), Charlottetown. Son-in-law of James Winn, Tyne Valley. Brother in law of Roy (Sylvia) Winn, Ellerslie; Wilfred (Sheila) Winn, Tryon; Debbie (Carl) MacDougall, Bideford; Susan Barlow, Tyne Valley; Glenda Moore, Miscouche; Sylvia (Sean) Durant, St. Nichols. Predeceased by his brother Ronnie, mother-in-law Tiny Winn, brothers-in- law Bob Barlow, Jim Moore and Dewar Winn. Resting at the Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with visiting hours Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Friday in the Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment later in the Bideford United Cemetery.
