Debbie Corbett (nee Jeremias) beloved wife of Buddy Corbett of Calgary, Alta., passed away on Monday, Dec. 30, 2013, at the age of 59 years.
Debbie will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She was a very spiritual person who loved life.
Debbie is survived by her husband Buddy; son Brian (Tracy); daughter, Barbara (Shawn); grandchildren, Ava, Parker and Lillian; sisters, Lois Van Veen of Truro, N.S., Sharon McPhee (William) of Dartmouth, N.S.; brother, Andrew Jeremias, Sydney and her father, Andrew Jeremias (Jeanette) of Kitchener/Waterloo, Ont.; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her mother, Irene Jeremias and sister, Lillian Jeremias.
Funeral services will be held at McInnis & Holloway's Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Friday, Jan. 3, 2014 at 10 a.m. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Cape Breton, N.S. Details will be provided to local family members.
