PRICE, GRETA - Greta Marie Price of Kamsack, SK and previously of McNamee, New Brunswick was called home to be with the Lord at the age of 79 years on December 22, 2013 in Yorkton, SK. Greta was born on January 25, 1934 to Walter and Florence (O’Donnell) Lyons in McNamee, New Brunswick, on the Miramichi River. In 1980 she moved to British Columbia where she resided until retiring in Kamsack, Saskatchewan in 2001. Greta was predeceased by her husband George Richard Price on May 9, 2012. They had nine children; Carol Ann (Eric) Pineault of N.S, Wayne (Valerie) Price of N.B, Darlene (David) Wilson of B.C, Ellen Chase of Alberta, Larry (Patricia) Price of N.B, Sherry (Albert) DeMerchant of N.B, Mary Lou Bussey of SK, Krista (Reg) Brewer of SK, Arthur (Donna) Price of Alberta. Greta was blessed with 23 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Greta is also predeceased by two sisters; Edith and Ivy and two brothers; Ben and Murray, also son in law Wesley Lang. She was survived by sisters; Mary, Mabel, Gertie and Lois and brothers; Darrold and Carol. Greta was the heart of her family whom she loved and cared for deeply. She is dearly loved and greatly missed by her family and friends. Our Loss is Heavens Gain!
