Passed peacefully away at the Dr. A. A. Wilkinson Memorial Hospital, Old Perlican on Monday, January 6, 2014, Mary M. Davidson of Job's Cove, age 96 years. Predeceased by husband Lindon; son Douglas; parents Patrick and Veronica Walsh; brother William; sister Dorothy. Left to mourn, one daughter Agnes Godin; special friends Roy and Carol Halliday, Job’s Cove; also a number of other relatives and friends. Rested at the Salvation Army Citadel, Lower Island Cove. Lieutenants Chris and Toni Street conducted the Funeral Service on Wednesday, January 8 from the Salvation Army Citadel Lower Island Cove. Inurnment took place in the Salvation Army Cemetery, Lower Island Cove. Donations in her memory may be made to the Salvation Army Cemetery Fund, Lower Island Cove.
