Peacefully, surrounded by family, at Toronto General Hospital, January 10, 2014 of Melissa Jean MacPhail of Stratford, P.E.I., age 35 years.
Loving mother to Keegan River Jakob MacPhail. Daughter to Ann and the late Ronald MacPhail. Sister to Clarey (Joanne), Stacey, Forbes, Jamie, Charlene, Trevor (Bonnie), and Amber; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins. Predeceased by her grandparents, Loretta and Joseph Chapman and Helen and Lloyd MacPhail.
