LeBLANC, MARCELINE - Marceline LeBlanc, 98, of Manoire De La Bute à Éloie, Cap-Pelé and formerly of rue de la Ferme (Portage), Cap-Pelé, passed away on Monday, January 13th, 2014 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born on April 12th, 1915 in Trois-Ruisseaux, she was the daughter of the late Johnny and Jenny (Fagan) Bourque. She was a loving mother, grandmother and fishing was her favourite pastime. She is survived by four daughters: Lucille Taylor of BC, Anne Huggins (Ross) of Moncton, Thérèse Cleven (Peter) of Grand-Barachois and Cindy Brown (Harry) of Shediac; four sons: Paul (Winnie), Louis, Roger (Judy) all of Cap-Pelé and Eric (Bruce) of BC; 26 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Louis LeBlanc (1997); two daughters: Roseline Breault and infant, Jeanne; one sister, Pelagie; five brothers: Willie, Johnny, Arthur, Émile and Aimé.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Centre, 2642 chemin Acadie, Cap-Pelé (577-3297) on Sunday, January 19th, 2014 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, from 9:30 a.m. until time of departure (10:20 a.m.). The funeral mass will be celebrated at Ste-Thérèse d’Avila R.C. Church in Cap-Pelé on Monday, January 20th, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. In memory of Marceline, a contribution to the Ste-Thérèse d’Avila Cemetery or the CHU Dumont Foundation (oncology) would be appreciated.
