MARSHALL, (ALLANACH) KAREN L. - Karen was born on Nov. 22, 1946 in Moncton, NB. She passed away peacefully on Nov. 8, 2013 in Fresno CA, USA. Karen moved to Mariposa with her loving husband in 1994. She is survived by her husband, Tom Marshall, daughter Andrea Crichlow of AR and son Steven Booth of CA and brother Michael Allanach of Qusispamsis NB. She was predeceased by her parents Dr. Ralph and Marion (Babs) Allanach. She worked for Kings View and Maripose County and will always be remembered by her coworkers and friends as never having a do-not-disturb sign on her door. Karen was also a proud member of Mariposa Country First Station No.29.
A celebration of her life and birthday was held at the Lushmeadows fire station on Nov. 23. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Cancer Society is suggested.
