Goodyear
Passed peacefully away at his residence on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 Leo Goodyear age 83 years of Lumsden. Predeceased by his parents; Garland and Annie Goodyear, brother; Christopher Goodyear, sister; Janet Gibbons and brothers- in-law; Ross Melindy and Chesley Gibbons. Left with fond and loving memories are his wife; Nina ,sons; Brian(Peggy) of Lumsden and Garry(Alfreda) of Templeman, daughter; Annie Mae Hefferton(Gary) of Lumsden, sister; Daphne Melindy of Lumsden, sister-in-law; Margaret Goodyear of Lumsden, grandchildren; Shannon, Johanna, Ashley(Jason), Jena(Carl) and Jonathon(Alyssa), great-grandchildren; Ashton, Myles and Taylor and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Funeral service took place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Friday, January 17, 2014 with Rev. Boyce Parsons officiating. Interment followed at The United Church Cemetery, Lumsden.
