It is with great sadness that the family of the late Daisy Loder announce her passing on Monday, January 27th, 2014 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 86 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her daughters: Kay (Gerald) Christopher, Judy (Edd) White and Sherry McAuley (Joe Loder), all residing in Summerside; son Butch (Carla) Loder, Calgary, AB; sister: Eliza Hann, Summerside; grandchildren: Glenda (Rex) Jennings, Blair (Lisa) Christopher, Judy (Clayton) Pecknold, Lisa Christopher (David), Gerry Christopher (Anna), Paul (Joan) White, Paula (Peter) Brake, Shelly (Jeremy) Osmond, Nikki Loder (Tyler) and Amanda Loder; 15 great-grandchildren; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Meshach and Phenellophy Stares, sister Chattie and her husband Arch Penney; brother-in-law Brazil Hann and niece Doreen (Bill) Knee. Friends may visit St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Summerside on Tuesday evening from 7-9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. from where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Malcolm Palmer officiating. The interment will follow at the Church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to St. Paul’s Anglican Church Memorial Fund.
