DUNFORD- Doris Isobel Dunford; Dec. 24th, 1921- Jan. 16th, 2014. With sadness the family of Doris Dunford (Shaw) from Portreeve, SK. announces her passing of Jan. 16, 2014 in St. Paul’s Hospital Palliative Care Unit. Doris was predeceased by Pearson her loving husband of 61 years and son Don; Brothers John Shaw, Jim Shaw & Matt (Betts) Shaw and son Alan. She was also predeceased by in-laws; Olive (Johnny) Schwengler, Alvin (Nellie) Dunford, Dorothy (Fred) Hudson, Vye (Barrie) Thompson and son Garth, June Dunford, Rena Dunford, George Drumm. Doris is survived by daughters; Karen Dunford, Kaye (Bob) Schmidt, Norma (Eugene) Eslinger. Grandchildren; Blayr (Michael) Moncrieff, Dionne (Timothy) Keen, Greg Eslinger. Brother; Don (Donna) Shaw, Sisters-in-law; Mary Shaw, Dorothy Cator. Brother-in-law; Jack Dunford, Flo (Jim) Pederson, John (Doris) Dunford, Hazel Drumm. Numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial service and interment will be planned for late spring in her home community.
