The death occurred peacefully at home on Saturday, February 1, 2014, of Johanna (Annie) Aleida Enserink-Pelgrum, age 82 years.
Beloved wife of Tony Enserink and loving mother of Alice Richard (Ed), Janet Reid (Dannie), Rowena McCann (Sam) and Bill Enserink (Krista). Oma is also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren - Rebecca Bootsma (Brad), Peter Reid (Danielle), Philip Reid (Amy), Elise Richard, Christina Reid, Philip Enserink, Benjamin Reid, Stephanie Enserink, Jessica McCann, Olivia Enserink and Sean McCann; great-grandchildren - Brayden, William, Aliya, Nicole and Aaron; sisters - Gerrie Wilgenhof (Tony) and Roelofje Visser (Peter); brother - Wim Pelgrum (Bertie); step-brothers, Hendrick Lenderink (Dinie) and Herman Lenderink, (Hermien), sister-in-law, Gerrie Pelgrum; brother-in-law, Wim Hofstee and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents - Willem Philipus Pelgrum and Aaltje Pelgrum-Hoetink of Harfsen, the Netherlands; sisters - Grada Klein-Bramel (Anton - deceased) and Us Hofstee and brother - Gerrit Pelgrum.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, then transferred to Charlottetown Christian Reformed Church for visitation on Tuesday, February 4, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, February 5, at Charlottetown Christian Reformed Church at 3 p.m.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to P.E.I. Cancer Treatment Centre or Immanuel Christian School would be appreciated.
