The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by family and close friends, at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Friday, January 31, 2014, of Brenda Wartman (nee McArdle), of Summerside, aged 65 years.
Born in Moncton, N.B., she was the daughter of Beulah (Seymour) McArdle, Moncton, N.B., and the late John “Jack” McArdle. Survived by her husband, John Wartman; children, Tim (Cheryl) Wartman; Chris (Lori) Wartman; and Jaclyn (Tony) Gallant; 10 grandchildren, Andrew, Jensen, Daniel, Bailey, Victoria, Lauren, Logan, Olivia, Hattie and David; and brothers and sisters, Beverly, John, Robert, Stephen, and Nancy.
Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Wednesday, then to St. Paul’s Church, Summerside, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment later in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
