Garvin MacDonald
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Garvin, following his long battle with Parkinsons.
Garvin started his writing career in 1952, covering sports for the Cape Breton Post. He continued his career in Ontario, working in public relations at Automatic Electric Brockville, and in 1980, he became the editor for Microtel Corporate Communications in British Columbia.
Survived by wife Shirley, children Susan, Shari, Shauna, Glenn and Grant, and siblings Fletcher, Charles, Ellen Beth and Nonnie.
