It is with great sadness that the family of the late Virtue Betty Gaye Pittman announce her passing on Sunday, February 2 nd,2014 at the Brookfield Hospital in Brookfield, Nl. at the age of 49 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her mother Lucy Pittman of Sops Arm. Two sisters Cathy (Allan) Warford of Sops Arm, and Beverly (Douglas) Gale of Cormack. One brother Ford (Wanda) Pittman of Sops Arm. Four nieces Alice, Charlene, Rebekah and Megan. Five nephews, Brian, Terry, Tristan, Gavin, Migial. Her special Aunt Virtue of Dartmouth, N.S. and many aunts and uncles, relatives and friends . She was predeceased by her father Andrew, three brothers Roy, Leonard and Scott, her grandparents William & Catherine Pittman and Charles & Tamer Pittman. Visitation will take place from the Anglican Church in Sops Arm on Wednesday, February 5th, 2014, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. where also funeral service will take place on Thursday, February 6th, 2014 at 2:00pm, with Rev: Madonna Boone officiating, with burial to follow at the family plot of the church cemetery.
