Peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, on Friday, February 14, 2014 of Mr. Roy Wm. MacInnis of Charlottetown in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Thelma J. (nee MacFadyen) MacInnis and loving father of Mim (Jackie McKinnon) MacInnis. He is also survived by his sister Verna Watts-Vesey; sister-in-law, Pauline MacInnis (Johnny-deceased); many nieces and nephews; brothers and sisters-in-law, Kaye Morrow (Leaman-deceased), Malcolm (Jean) MacFadyen, Archie (Diane) MacFadyen, Sterling “Stu” (Cindy) MacFadyen, Judy MacFadyen (Elmer-deceased) and special pet, Izzy. He was predeceased by his parents John and Bessie (nee Cudmore) MacInnis; brothers and sisters, Edith Manuel, Eddie MacInnis, Ralph “Sparky” MacInnis, Johnny MacInnis, Audrey Gallant, Clarence “Kayo” MacInnis, Neil “Nipper” MacInnis; brothers and sister-in-law, Elmer MacFadyen and Melbourne (Eleanor) MacFadyen. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment later in Canoe Cove Presbyterian Cemetery.
