CARPENTER, GARY LEONARD - 1941 - 2014 - Gary Leonard Carpenter, of Riverview passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at The Moncton Hospital. Born in Moncton, NB, he was the son of the late Ernest and Margaret (Ferris) Carpenter. Gary was an account manager for International Multifoods for over 34 years, he was a member of the Moncton Probus Club and the Riverview seniors bowling league, in his spare time he enjoyed golfing with friends. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Deidre (Hutchinson) Carpenter stepdaughter, Kim Fournier of Dorchester and her four children; Jason, Aaron, Megan and Destiny, sister, Sandra Wilson of Dartmouth, brothers; Ernest of Dartmouth and Rodney of Moncton.
In respecting Gary’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will take place at Elmwood Cemetery at a later date. The arrangements have been entrusted to Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview (869-2007).
