Word of death has been received of Lucien Rancourt on Feb. 12, 2014 in Ottawa, ON, originally from St. George Beauce, QC, after a short battle with cirrhosis of the liver.
He is survived by his two sons, Michael and Marc and five brothers and three sisters. Predeceased by his parents, Euclide and Gilberte Rancourt, also five brothers and one sister. Lucien lived on the Island for many years and began his business "Rancourt Drywall".
His funeral arrangements will be in St. George Beauce, QC, at a later date.
