McGLINCHEY, LEONARD FRANKLIN - On February 23, 2014 at the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, N.B, Leonard Franklin McGlinchey passed away with his family at his side. Frank was born at Pomeroy Ridge, N.B. on October 11, 1932. He was the son of the late Alonzo and Vivian (Thornton) McGlinchey. Predeceased by his wife Vera May (Fraser) McGlinchey. A loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and uncle. He is survived by his daughter, Lucinda (Cindy) McKay (Scott) of Mississauga, Ont., Roxanne Richardson (Brian) of St. Stephen, N.B., and Joyce Williams (Warren) of Riverview, N.B.; Anthony of Quispamsis, N.B.; three granddaughters, Jennifer Williams-Hearnshaw (Larry) of Fox Lake, Alta., Shannon Williams of Riverview, N.B., and Lainie Richardson of St. Stephen, N.B.; great-granddaughter, Samantha Hearnshaw of Charlottetown, P.E.I.; several nieces and nephews. A very quiet man. Frank enjoyed spending time with his family.
A graveside service will be held at Pomeroy Ridge Cemetery, at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
