It is with great sadness the family of Garold Matthews of Burin announces his passing at the Health Science Centre on February 17th at the age of 70 years.
Leaving to mourn wife Mercedes, sons Shawn (Rosella) and Calvin (Lindsay); daughter Karolyn ; mother-in-law Hannah Power; grandchildren Curtis, Jennifer, Jared, Mackenzie and Rory; brothers Ron (Lis), Lesley, Eugene (Melita); sisters Betty and Lorna plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by parents Gertie and Roland Matthews and sister Ethel.
Rev. Dr. Japhet Ndhlovus officiated Memorial Service from Serenity Chapel Thursday, February 20th at 11AM.
