Peacefully at the Garden Home on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 of Mrs. Evelyn Gaudet of Charlottetown and formerly of Tracadie Cross, age 89 years.
Beloved wife of the late Earl Gaudet. Sister of Laura McInnis (John D. deceased), Blanche McInnis (James deceased), Freda MacCormack (Alex deceased) and Sterling "Bud" (Mary) Mullen. Sister-in-law of Leona Mullen. Evelyn is also lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Frederick and Annie Mullen, and siblings, Eleanor (Mike) Egan, Louis Mullen, Wilfred Mullen, Mary (Alfred) Smith and Joe Mullen.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Saturday morning, then transferred to St. Bonaventure's Church, Tracadie Cross, for funeral mass at 11 a.m. Interment will take place later in St. Bonaventure's Parish Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m.
