Passed peacefully away on March 2nd, 2014, The Reverend Canon Ralph Billard. Age 77 years. Predeceased by his parents Fredrick and Gladys, his brothers George and Roy, and his sister Margaret. Leaving to mourn are his wife Kay, children Kathie Chalker (Mike) and Michael (Alice) and granddaughter Katie; brothers Bob (Leona) and Clayton (Violet), sisters Phyllis, Vivian, Ruth and Joan (Ron); sisters-in-law Georgina Parsons (Boyd), Viola Parsons (Albert), Dallas Hardy (Arthur), Dulcie Tapp, Joanne Moss (Bernard), Betty Keeping, Myra Billard and Rosemary Billard; brother-in-law Dennis Keeping (Alice) and many nieces and nephews. Also left to mourn a large number of friends. Visitation at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, from 7-9pm on Monday, March 3rd and 2-4 and 7-9pm on Tuesday, March 4th. Funeral Service at St. Mary The Virgin Anglican Church, Craigmiller Avenue at 2p.m. on Wednesday, March 5th, 2014. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Rd.
