Passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2014, Dr. Darren Christopher Hynes, PHD of Philosophy from Western University, age 50 years. Predeceased by his parents Gertrude and Denis Hynes. Left to mourn his wife Madonna McGrath; daughter Maggie; brother Ron Owens; sisters Sheila Labrie (Michel) and Dianne Owens; brother-in-law Michael McGrath; sister-in-law Anne Marie McGrath; special friends Celine Dawson and Fred Skanes; as well as special nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Wednesday and Thursday, March 5th and 6th from 12 noon to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, March 7th, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. at the Basilica of St. John the Baptist. Cremation to follow. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in his memory to the Maggie Hynes Education Fund.
