At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, March 4, 2014, of Isabel Bertha MacLeod (nee Crosby) of Crapaud and formerly of Bonshaw, age 90 years.
Beloved wife of the late Colin MacLeod. Dear mother of David (Pat) MacLeod, Shirley (Tom) Inglis, Susanne (Lowell) Oakes, and daughter-in-law, Nancy MacLeod. Loving grandmother of Jody (Steve), Ken (Kim), Billy (Cathy), Robbie (MacLean), Jamie (Michelle), Angie (Mark), Aaron, Ellen (Doug), and 10 great-grandchildren. Also survived by brother, Ernest (Joyce) Crosby; sisters, Shirley Kitson, Marie MacDonald, Betty (Ken) Gaudin, Judy (John) Dunsford; sisters-in-law, Dorothy, Hazel and Edith Crosby, Evelyn Cox and Ina Mickle.
Predeceased by sons, Donald and Gordon MacLeod; brothers, Andrew, Gordon, Jamie and Heath Crosby; and brothers-in-law, Fulton Kitson and Rudolph “Mac” MacDonald.
Resting at the Dawson Funeral Home, Crapaud, with visiting hours Thursday, 6-9 p.m. Funeral service from South Shore United Church, Tryon, Route 10, Friday, March 7, at 11 a.m.
