It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one, Doris Tulk age 82 years of Ladle Cove on January 19, 2014 at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander. Predeceased by her parents; Garland and Althea Chaulk, husband; Douglas Tulk, daughter; Frances Wiseman, sisters; Pearl Chaulk and Dorcas Chaulk, brothers; Stewart Chaulk and Elmore Chaulk and brother-in-law; Bert Wellon. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her sons; Roy (Ula), Austin (Rose), Stewart (Jacqueline) all of Ladle Cove and Scott (Jean) of Foxtrap, daughters; Beatrice (Calvin) of Gander, Sylvia (Randy) of Ladle Cove and Josephine (Fred) of Musgrave Harbour, brother; Donald (Dorothy) of Aspen Cove, sister; Marion Wellon of Ladle Cove, sister-in-law; Marjorie Chaulk of Aspen Cove, 19 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and a large circle of other family and friends. Funeral service took place on January 24, 2014 at St. Stephen’s United Church, Ladle Cove with Pastor R. Boone officiating. Inurnment followed from the United Church cemetery, Ladle Cove. In her memory donations may be made to St. Stephen’s United Church, Ladle Cove. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove/Musgrave Harbour.
