Passed peacefully at the Health Sciences Centre on March 4, 2014, retired teacher, Ethel Mary Macneill aged 98 years. Predeceased by parents Samuel and Mary Ann Miller; brother's Jacob and Jim; along with sister Mabel. Leaving to mourn with countless happy memories are her son Jim; grandsons Andrew (Jennifer) and Sean (Heather); as well as her precious great grand children: Aaron, Rebecca, Sophie and Anna; along with nephew's Ralph, Clarence and their families; daughter-in-law Joan and special cousin Mary Bugden. Ethel also leaves behind a large circle of other relatives and friends. A special thank you to the staff of North Pond Manor and the Doctors and Nurses of 4 South A and to Rev. Garry Parsons for their care and compassion. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Thursday March 6, 2014 from 1-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from St. Lawrence Anglican Church on Friday March 7, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Bauline Line Extension.
