WESTVILLE – Agnes Harris, 89 years, Westville, passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow with her family at her side
Born in Westville, she was a daughter of the late Christina MacDonald.
A member of the Church of the Holy Name, her faith was very strong and important to her and was always willing to contribute to various church functions. A very quite person, she enjoyed her home and family.
Mrs. Harris will be deary missed by her daughter, Lorraine Fraser (Garnet), Westville; grandchildren, Melissa and Matthew Sarty, Westville; step-grandchildren: Christopher, Marie, Sarah and Jamie Fraser and five great-step-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Elmer; son Grant; son-in-law, Bob Sarty; sister Mary Fraser, brother, John Harris.
Mrs. Harris is resting at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville with visiting on Friday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Her funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday from the Church of the Holy Name, Westville with Father Everett MacDow officiating. Spring burial will be in the Holy Name Cemetery.
