The death occurred at Perrin's Clinton View Lodge on Wednesday, March 5, 2014, of Debbie Doucette, formerly of Oyster Bed Bridge, age 53.
Debbie was the beloved daughter of Eric and Geraldine Doucette; sister of Ricky, Shelley Champion and Scott (Karen); and aunt of Brodie and Matthew Champion; and Dylan King. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Debbie was predeceased by her grandparents, Aubrey and Mary Doucette; and Claude and Alvina (Gallant) Peters.
Resting at Central Queens Funeral Home, 2538 Glasgow Road, New Glasgow, for visitation on Friday, March 7, 2014, 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church, Rustico, on Saturday, March 8, 2014, at 2 p.m. Due to severe allergies, please refrain from wearing scented products. Interment later in St. Augustine's Cemetery.
