Passed peacefully away at Brookfield Hospital on Thursday, March 6, 2014 Dorothy Louise Churchill age 85 years Wesleyville. Predeceased by her parents William and Caroline Howell; husband Zachaues; son Winston; sisters Elizabeth Dawe and Ada Fifield; brother Raymond Howell. Left with fond and loving memories are her daughters Lucy Bungay(Randell) of Wesleyville, Lorraine Winsor(Mason) of Wesleyville and Elizabeth Kennedy(Michael) of St. John’s; brothers Calvin Howell(Beryl) of Wesleyville, John Howell(Donna) of St. John’s and Lloyd Howell(Edith) of Labrador City; sisters Winifred Daniels of St. John’s, Kathleen Boland(Percy Brown) of Newtown and Bonita Taylor(Ernest) of Grand Bank; grandchildren Trudy, Cathy, Michael, Tracy, Lori Lee, Jeannie, Stephanie, Chrissy and Stephen; great-grandchildren Heather, Julia, Abigail, Zackery, Kyla, Emily, Amber and Scott; and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Funeral service took place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Saturday, March 8, 2014 with Rev. Brian Hannon officiating. Interment followed at The United Church Cemetery, Wesleyville. As an expression of sympathy donations in her memory may be made to Jubilee United Church or to Jubilee United Church Cemetery Fund, Wesleyville.
