O’LEARY, RONALD - The death of Ronald Michael O’Leary occurred on Wednesday February 26, 2014 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born December 2, 1915 in Saint John, he was the son of the late James and Mary (Finnigan) O’Leary. Ronald was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church; he enjoyed Friday night at the movies and working in his workshop. He is survived by his niece Karen (Jeff) McCully of Quispamsis, with whom he resided, as well as other nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters Mary Veronica Gilbert, Ellen Theresa Kennedy and Constance O’Leary; brother James Gerald O’Leary and brothers-in-law Larry Gilbert and Patrick Kennedy.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd. (646-2424). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Ann’s Catholic Church on Monday March 10, 2014 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
