VAUTOUR, JEAN-BAPTISTE - (1944 - 2014) - SAINT LOUIS DE KENT, NB - Jean-Baptiste, 70, of Saint Louis de Kent passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne de Kent, NB. Born in Claire-Fontaine, he was the son of the late Clovis and late Celina (Comeau) Vautour. His favorite past times were hunting, fishing and playing cards. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 40 years Yvette (Guimond) Vautour, his daughter; Sylvie Vautour-Cormier (Gino), two sons; Rino Despres, Maurice Vautour (Melanie Bernard), three grandchildren; Justin, Colin Cormier and Janessa Austin. Jean-Baptist was also survived by two sisters; Alma Hebert (late Pierre), Adrienne Comeau (late Richard), one brother; René Vautour (Zelica) and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by four brothers; Alban, Cliff, Pierre and Placide.
Resting at Thompson Memorial Home, Saint-Louis-de-Kent with visitation on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, Tuesday at 9:00 am until departure for funeral. A funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 11:00am St. Louis des Francais Roman Catholic Church, Saint Louis. Donations in Jean- Baptiste memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or donor's choice and would be appreciated by the family.
