Peacefully, at the Provincial Palliative Care Unit, on Saturday, March 15, 2014, of Jacques A. LeClerc of Charlottetown and formerly of Quebec, age 61 years.
Loving father of Shannon LeClerc (Marcus Trenton) and Rachelle LeClerc (Robert Whelan). He is also survived by his brother, Nelson LeClerc, and many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Howard Johnson’s Dutch Inn on Thursday at 2 p.m. No visitation by personal request.
