The death occurred at the Summerset Manor, Summerside, on Saturday, November 22, 2008, of “George” Joseph Thomas Flynn of the Summerset Manor and formerly of Charlottetown, age 69 years. George was born on December 11, 1938, to his late parents, Edmund and Eileen (nee Bell) Flynn. Survived by his brothers and sisters, Ann Huculak of Edmonton, Alta., Leroy (Margaret) Flynn of Surrey, B.C., Jacqueline O’Brien (Allan Rogers) of Charlottetown, and Eugene (Kathleen) Bradley of Edmonton, Alta. Also lovingly remembered by several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, George was predeceased by his sister, Lorraine Flynn. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside, until Thursday, November 27, for funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Following cremation, interment to take place in St. Paul’s Church Cemetery, Summerside.
