The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Thursday, Dec., 18, 2008, of Armand Lavoie of St. Edward aged 84 years. Beloved husband of Exzelia (Allain) Lavoie. He was born on Sept. 8, 1924, in Rogersville, N.B.. the son of the late Alyre and Delphine Lavoie. Dear father to Donna Lavoie, Gordon (Mira) Lavoie and Linda (Donnie) Mayne all of Charlottetown. Loving grandfather to Chantel and Julien Lavoie and Elizabeth, Stephanie and Nicholas Mayne. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, Palmer Road for visitation Sunday 2 to 5 p.m. only. Funeral will be held Monday, Dec. 22, 2008, at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road, with funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
