MacCLURE, TAMMY (KOWALSKI) - It is with extreme sadness that we share the passing of Tammy MacClure nee Kowalski, 54 years old, formerly of Oromocto passed away early Thursday morning March 20th, 2014 at the Grey Nuns Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta. Tammy was born June 29th, 1959 in Fredericton NB. She is survived by her husband Kenneth MacClure of Eaglesham, Alberta. In addition to her husband, Tammy is survived by her daughters Niki (Olivier) Favreau of Edmonton, Alberta and Monique MacClure attending University in Truro, Nova Scotia and her grandchild Addison Favreau (Angel Girl); her mother Maria Kowalski, siblings Lyn Tidd, Richard (Kathy) Kowalski, Trina Kowalski and Kimberly (Gene) Heather, several nieces and nephews, and her lifelong friend, Joan Paul. Tammy is predeceased by her father, Allen Kowalski, several aunts and uncles in Manitoba and Alberta. Tammy was a familiar and much loved face at the Oromocto Shopping Mall, having worked at Bargain Harold’s and Shoppers Drug Mart until 2006.
A memorial service is planned April 11, 2014, 11 a.m. at St Vincent de Paul Church, Oromocto with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the SPCA would be appreciated.
