Patten, Nita Mae (Keating) passed away peacefully on Saturday March 1, 2014 at Collingwood General & Marine Hospital in Ontario in her 86th year. Born and raised in Hebron, Yarmouth Co., Nove Scotia. Nita was the daughter of Gerald LeRoy Keating and Beatrice (Watkins) Keating. Beloved wife of the late Lyman Patten. Loving mother of Mike (Donna) Patten, Shelley Forester and Ian (Kendra) Patten; stepmother of Grant (Pat) Patten, Tim Patten, Lynn (Sally) Patten and Sandy Sharpe. Forever cherished by several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Nita is survived by her sisters Nettie and Betty. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
