Eileen Hickey passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family on April 17, 2014, at the age of 67 following a long and courageous battle with cancer. "Nana" Eileen was a loving grandmother, mother, wife, sister, aunt, and friend. Predeceased by her parents (William and Jessie Maher) and brother (John Maher), Eileen leaves to mourn her husband Thomas; children Michael (Laura), Martin (Corinne), and Gerard (Colleen); and grandchildren Enya, Owen, Gavin, and Noah; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Visitation will take place at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Rd. on Sunday from 6-9 pm and Monday from 12-5 and 7-9 pm. The funeral mass will take place on Tuesday, April 22 at St. Teresa's Parish, Mundy Pond Rd. at 11:00 am. As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Clinic.
