(March 6, 1936 - April 20, 2014) - Passed peacefully away at home surrounded by her loving family. Leaving to mourn her loving husband Basil Trickett, her children Cathy, Paul and wife (Debbie) and Sherry and husband (Kuljit). "Nanny Laura" will be missed greatly by her three grandchildren, Amarjit, Aman and Nicole. She loved them dearly. Also leaving to mourn her sister Lillian Kennedy and a number if nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Special thanks to all who helped her battle the journey of cancer. Visitation to take place on Tuesday, April 22, 2014, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at 2 p.m. from the St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church in Topsail.
