Family and friends are welcome to celebrate his life at a reception at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on April 25, 2014 from 7-9 p.m. Family members, his partner Barbara Puxley, sons Nicholas and Timothy Payton, daughters in law, Maria Holland and Tracy Stephenson, and grandchildren, Julia, Emma, and Krista will be in attendance while Sarah, Tyler, Jessica send their love.
