Muriel Allcock, age 87, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2014 after a lengthy illness. Predeceased by her husband Lloyd in 2001, parents Jim and Elizabeth Wood, older sister Hilda (Doug) Cherry and twin sister Vera Wood, Muriel will be lovingly remembered by her son Terry; daughter Lori (Gordon) Knight, grandsons Braden and Matthew; niece Marilyn Cherry (Frank), nephew Mike Cherry (Deb), and numerous extended relatives in Canada and England. Celebration of Muriel’s life will take place at St. Andrew’s United Church on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 2:00 pm. Reverend Jim Tenford will officiate. For those so wishing in lieu of flowers, donations to St. Andrew's United Church Moose Jaw, the Heart & Stroke Foundation, or Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
