The death occurred peacefully at the Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, of Joyce (nee Tyler) Norring of Summerside and formerly of Cape Traverse, aged 86 years. Joyce was born on September 8, 1927, to her late parents Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Tyler. Beloved wife of the late Verner Norring and loving mother of Barry (Paula) of Kensington, JoAnn (Brian) of Thompson, MB., Burton (Donna) of Borden-Carleton, and Susan (Larry) of Verdun, MB. Survived by her brother Peter Tyler and sister Anne Davis of England. Besides her parents and husband, Joyce was predeceased by her son Roy, grandson Shawn, brother Arthur and sisters Rose Kelly and Joan Gilbert. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside. By personal request there will be no visiting hours held, and a private funeral service will be held. Interment to take place in Floral Hills Memorial Garden Cemetery, Pleasant Valley. Memorial donations in Joyce's memory to the Parkinson's Society would be greatly appreciated.
