Passed peacefully away at the Leonard A. Miller Center on May 7, 2014, Alice Marie Penney, affectionately known as "Mudder", age 65. She is predeceased by the father of her children Bill Penney. She leaves to mourn her eight children, twelve grandchildren, seven brothers, as well as a wide circle of other family and many friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. on Friday, May 9th. Funeral Mass to be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 10th at St. Teresa's Parish.
