Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 of Mr. J. Kenneth MacRae of Charlottetown, in his 71st year.
Beloved husband of the late Mary C. MacRae (nee Gallant), and dear father of Ken (Audra) MacRae, Rob-deceased (Valerie) MacRae and Blair (Renilda) MacRae. He is also survived by 5 loving grandchildren, Kayla and Joel MacRae, Ryan MacRae, Krysta and Nicholas MacRae; brothers and sisters, Dan (Marge) MacRae, Viola (Dominic-deceased) Doyle, Shirley (Bob-deceased) Jorgenson, Frank (Ruth) MacRae, Doreen (Clarey-deceased) Peters, and Jerry (Iris) McRae.
He was predeceased by his parents, Albert and Catherine (nee MacEachern) MacRae, and his son, Rob.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Thursday morning then transferred to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the P.E.I. Cancer Treatment Centre.
