Passed peacefully away at the Dr. L.A Miller Center on Sunday, May 18, 2014, Frank D. Grant (P.Eng.) age 89 years, only son of Samuel and Blanche (Lockyer) Grant. Leaving to mourn his wife Beth; children: Robert, Bruce (Sheila Singleton), and Heather; step children: Gerri Dalton (Ivan), Jacqueline Poppa (Airies), Janet O'Keefe (Steve), and Edward O'Keefe (Aileen); grandchildren: Keelia Farrell, Hilary Grant, Thomas Farrell, Devin Grant, Ashleen Farrell, and Evan O'Keefe; great grandson Aiden O'Keefe and a wide circle of relatives, friends, and colleagues. Predeceased by his first wife Georgina "Georgie" (Beck) Grant, sister Mary Pike and grandson Liam Cambridge Grant. Visitation at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Wednesday May 21, 2014 from 2pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm. Funeral service will be held at The Church of St. Mary the Virgin, 1 Craigmillar Avenue on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
