CAISSIE, MARIE - 1944 - 2014 - Moncton, NB – Marie Caissie, 69, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton on Thursday, May 22nd , 2014. Born in Miramichi, NB, she was the daughter of the late Alexandre and the late Jeanette Haché (nee Comeau). Marie worked at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton for 25 years. She was also a member of the Golden Age Club, Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (Parkton).
Marie is survived by her loving husband, Léo Caissie of Moncton, NB; by her two daughters, Jacqueline Collette (Jim) of Montreal, QC, Anne Doiron (Ronald) of Moncton, NB; by her son Daniel (Lisa) of Oshawa, ON; by her brother, Joseph Haché of Miramichi, NB; by her sister, Madeleine Babineau (François) of Collette, NB; by her five grandchildren, James, Julie, Brunia, Danie & Brendan; by her great-grandson, Randall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held PASSAGE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 625 Mountain Road, Moncton on Monday, May 26th, 2014 from 2 to 4pm and from 7 to 9pm and on Tuesday, May 27th, 2014 from 9:30-10:30am. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 27th, 2014 at Notre-Dame-de-Grâce Roman Catholic Church, 854 Mountain Road, Moncton at 11:00am. Burial will take place at the Acadieville parish cemetery, Acadieville, NB at a later date. Donations to the CHU Dumont Foundation (Oncology Department) or to Notre-Dame-de-Grâce Parish Fund would be appreciated by the family.
