It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ralph Scott announce his passing at the Long Term Care Center in Corner Brook, NL on Friday, May 23, 2014 at the age of 90 years. He will ­forever be loved and remembered by his wife, Marguerite; sons: Gary (Monique), Randy, David (Carolyn), Tom (Tammy); daughters: Jean (John) Butt, Della (Dan) Finney, Peggy (Dave) Slaney, Susan Scott, Trudy Scott; daughter-in-law, Dinah; 19 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Harry; sister, Annie Wylezol; and a large circle of family and friends. He was ­predeceased by his parents, Lambert & Annie Scott; son, John; great-grandson, Jaykob Gamache and a number of brothers and sisters. Visitation will take place from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, on Monday from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place from St. Augustine’s Anglican Church, Stephenville, on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Kris Gosse officiating. Cremation will take place at Humber Valley Crematorium following the service with Inurnment in the Anglican Section of Hillside Interfaith Cemetery, Stephenville, on Wednesday. As expressions of ­sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to St. Augustine’s Anglican Church Memorial Fund.
