Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick's Mercy Home on Friday, May 23, 2014, Clara Milley, originally from Grand Beach, Fortune Bay, age 94 years. Predeceased by her husband Ron (September, 2001); her parents, Samuel and Eleanor Hiscock; her sisters: Bertha, Francis, Rose, and Emma; and her brother Wilbert. Left with fond and loving memories and to celebrate her life are her sister, Linda (Chesley); brother, Don; daughters: Daphne Murphy (Al Barrett), and Barbara White (Wayne), and her son Reg (Marcie, nee Osmond); seven grandchildren: Robert, Susan (Brian), Rene (Darcy), Lisa (Shawn), Mandy, Catherine (Lyle), and Kent (Sheena); four great-grandchildren: Katelyn, Ryan, Desmond and Alden; as well as a very large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Saturday, May 24, and Sunday, May 25, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will take place from George Street United Church on Monday, May 26, 2014 at 11:00am, with interment to follow at the Field of Honor, Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
