(February 10, 1959 - May 29, 2014) Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Thursday, May 29, 2014 Elizabeth Margaret Newhook (nee Martin) age 55 years. Predeceased by her parents: George and Gertrude Martin; brother George Martin and nephew Brandon Nolan. Leaving to mourn her husband Alphonsus Newhook; daughter April (Scott); three precious grandsons: Jacob, Joshua and Jaxon; sisters: Helen (Rupert), Joan and Rhonda (Harry); brother Rick (Connie); special aunts and uncles: Harry and Carolann Martin, Raymond and Kathleen Martin; special friends Debbie and Jocelyn; also brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Saturday from 11am-9pm. Funeral service to be held from Barrett's Chapel on Sunday, June 1, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. Interment to be held on Monday, June 2, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. from Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
