The family of the late David Dawe would like to express a sincere thank you to all the family and friends who provided support during our time of sorrow. We gratefully acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy made through cards, flowers, food and donations in his memory and to all who visited the funeral home and attended the service.

Special thanks to the doctors and staff of the Palliative Care Unit and Cancer Centre, WMRH, the Western Health Community Support Team, Dr. Jerome Davis and Anglican Chaplains, Rev. David Russell and Dennis Porter.

We thank Rev. Tanya White for the very beautiful service, organist Rev. Monica Coffin, and the All Saints Choir and ACW. Thank you to Filtrate’s Funeral Home for their professional services and understanding.

A special thank you to the pallbearers who were all good friends of Dave, Brian Pafford for his heartfelt tribute and a very special thank you to Kevin O’Brien who spent many hours by Dave’s side throughout his illness.

We will never forget the kindness everyone extended to our family which has given us much strength and comfort.
