On May 26, 2014 at his home in Calgary, Alberta, from heart failure, of John Allan (Allie) Myers, age 65 years.
Son of the late John (Jack) and Rita (Curran) Myers of Covehead. Brother of Carl Myers (Wanda), Faustina Gallant (Maynard), Sheila Coady (David Kieran). Uncle to Adam Myers, Ryan Myers (Ambyr), Jennifer Coady, Jaclyn Carr (Mark), Bryce and Alyssa Coady. Special nephew to only surviving Aunt Shirley O'Brien (Joseph), and remembered by best friend and neighbour, Jason Ellis.
Cremation has taken place at McInnis and Holloway Funeral Home, Calgary, Alberta. A celebration of his life and committal service will take place at a later date. Cremated remains will be placed with his parents.
